1. Agreement to Terms
By registering as a retailer on bihariart.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Retailer Responsibilities
– Ensure all products listed are authentic Bihari art and crafts.
– Provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images.
– Maintain inventory levels and update availability promptly.
3. Payments
– Payments will be processed through our secure payment gateway.
– Retailers will receive payment within 30 days of a sale, minus any applicable fees.
4. Shipping and Delivery
– Retailers are responsible for delivering products to bihariart.com.
– bihariart.com will process and handle the delivery to the customer.
– Any shipping costs to bihariart.com may be borne by the retailer.
5. Returns and Refunds
– Establish clear return and refund policies and communicate them to bihariart.com.
– bihariart.com will handle all returns and refunds with customers based on the retailer’s policy.
6. Intellectual Property
– Retailers must ensure that they have the rights to sell the products listed.
– bihariart.com is not liable for any intellectual property disputes.
7. Termination
– Either party can terminate the retailer agreement with 30 days’ notice.
– bihariart.com reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately for any breach of these terms.
8. Profit Percentage Policy
– bihariart.com will take a 20% profit margin on each sale.
9. Amendments
– bihariart.com reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Retailers will be notified of any changes via email.
